Our Director Dean Martin has a wealth of experience; he has been in the industry for 35 years. He started off his career by washing dishes at a restaurant when he was 14 and has worked his way up the ladder. Dean has been head chef of some prestigious hotels and restaurants during the earlier part of his career in the UK and Far East. He has cooked for countless celebrity and showbiz personalities, including members of the royal family. Deans cooking ability was the subject of some very good write ups in various publications. Dean status reached executive head chef within a large hotel and restaurant chain. Dean then went into a managerial position in the commercial catering sector overseeing large industrial style factory catering for over 3000 people. He varied his career by moving into the education sector, and the healthcare sector again overseeing the catering and hospitality operations He has a wealth of training experience, and is a C.I.E.H registered trainer, he is a member of all of the leading culinary professional associations.
